Patient Education On Oral Hygiene Practice
We believe that everyone should be educated about dental health. Here is some educational material provided by your dentist, Dental Clinic.

Oral Hygiene
Brushing Teeth :We recommend that patients use a soft-bristled toothbrush twice a day (first thing in the morning and last thing before bedtime). It’s important to brush all of the teeth, both inside and outside, using gentle pressure that only bends the bristles and stimulates the gums. To brush all of the teeth, allow two minutes. Brushing the tongue also helps to keep the breath fresh.
Flossing : Everyone should floss at least once per day. Flossing technique is also important; floss in an up-and-down motion (rather than sawing), making sure to curve the floss around the tooth in front and then the tooth behind. Make sure to floss both the front and back of each tooth, as well as behind the last tooth on each side.
Oral Rinses : While brushing and flossing are the most important aspects of daily oral hygiene, an oral rinse can also be beneficial. Ask us which rinses are best for you.
